Scope and availability
These terms describe Broken Link Guard and Leaver Guard. The candidate versions are under validation and are not presented as approved or available for purchase. A commercial subscription begins only when a published Atlassian Marketplace offer permits purchase and the customer accepts its terms.
License and purchase
With a valid subscription or trial, NoeApps grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the app on installations and for the term authorized through Atlassian Marketplace. Price, tax, duration, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the applicable Marketplace offer and terms. The license does not transfer rights in the code or trademarks.
Authorized use
The customer must have the rights and permissions needed for the accounts and content processed. The customer chooses scan scope, reviews previews, authorizes changes, and maintains its own continuity measures and suitable backups. The apps must not be used to access data without permission, test unauthorized external destinations, bypass licenses, or harm third parties.
Operation and limits
The apps depend on Forge and the APIs, permissions, and availability of Jira or Confluence. Request, execution, queue, storage, and usage limits may pause or delay scans, yield partial reports, or prevent an operation. The app reports limits it detects but does not guarantee an exhaustive inventory or infallible detection. Broken Link Guard supports up to 10 spaces and 20 exact external domains in settings; Leaver Guard supports up to 20 projects and 20 planned departures. Batches contain 1 to 500 items. Retention limits are described in the documentation. NoeApps may make reasonable security and compatibility changes and communicate material changes.
NoeApps bears Forge infrastructure usage costs under its Atlassian agreement. The app does not charge the customer a separate usage fee beyond the Marketplace subscription.
Data and support
The customer retains its rights in its data. NoeApps processes data to provide and maintain requested functions under the privacy policy and customer instructions. Contact support for inquiries. Any additional service or data processing commitment must appear in the offer or in an agreement expressly accepted by both parties.
Checking changes
A repair or handover may have an uncertain outcome if communication is interrupted. The customer should check the history and the resource before repeating it. Broken Link Guard reversal depends on version and the available time window. Leaver Guard does not offer automatic reversal or alter an account's active status.
Suspension and termination
Features requiring a license are blocked when it becomes invalid. NoeApps may proportionately suspend use that violates these terms or compromises security, with notice where possible. The customer may uninstall the app and manage the subscription in Atlassian. Uninstalling does not by itself guarantee billing cancellation or reverse changes made in the host product.
Liability and mandatory rights
NoeApps will use reasonable care in providing and correcting the software. It does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for a purpose absent from the documentation. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that law does not allow to be limited. Disputes are governed by the law and courts competent under applicable rules.
Product documents
The data processing agreement is incorporated into Leaver Guard orders that identify these terms. The provider's identity, address, and contact appear in the legal notice. Support follows the NoeApps support policy, with no additional service level agreement.
